Decorating for Christmas

After this amazing trip we went back to Craig's parents home and we spent a few more days with them. His family has the tradition the day after Thanksgiving to put up the Christmas decoration and to listen to Christmas music for first time of the Year.

For first time I visited Craig's parents church, Bayside Covenant Church. There are thousands of people who attend this church. They had an amazing worship team and a great atmosphere. We talked to some of the staff of the church and learned that there were over 100 payed staff on the team - involved in many different ministries.

One of the things I was able to participate in was a women's Christmas party; my Mother-in-law invited me to come with her. There were over 100 women who prepared and decorated a "dinning room" table in the church sanctuary, each table served 8 women. Each table was unique in its decoration and service. There was a special program and gifts for each who attended. It was a moving an unforgettable experience!
